We are Latent Intelligence

About Latent Intelligence

We build hyper-personal AI assistants — agents that know you, not the average of everyone.

Most AI is trained to be maximally general. It answers the median question for the median user. That makes it useful once and forgettable twice. The value was never in the base model; it's in the latent structure of a single person's life — their context, preferences, constraints, and history. That signal is where we operate, and it's where we take our name.

What we're building

Latent Intelligence is an agent platform that constructs a durable, private model of the individual and acts on it. Not a chat window with memory bolted on — a persistent representation of your goals, relationships, tools, and patterns that every agent interaction reads from and writes back to. The longer you use it, the sharper it gets. Personalization compounds; it isn't a setting you toggle.

Our agents plan, take action across your tools, and hand back control at the points that matter. They're built to be reliable enough to delegate to and legible enough to trust — you can see what the agent knows, why it acted, and what it will do next.

How we think about the problem

Three commitments shape every decision we make.

Context is the product. Capability is increasingly commoditized at the model layer. The defensible surface is the per-user context graph — structured, continuously updated, and portable across tasks. We invest there first.

Privacy is architectural, not aspirational. A system that holds this much of your life has to be built for it from the ground up: user-controlled data, minimized retention, and clear boundaries on what leaves your environment. Personal and private are the same requirement, not a trade-off.

Autonomy with a leash. Full autonomy is easy to demo and hard to trust. We optimize for the right division of labor between agent and human — high recall on the routine, explicit confirmation on the consequential.

Who we are

We're a team of researchers and engineers working at the intersection of applied ML, systems, and product. We came together because we think the assistant that actually understands you is the most important interface of the next decade — and that no one has built it yet. We intend to.

Latent Intelligence — the assistant that's yours alone.
